Job Descriptions:
Handle customers' enquiries
Follow up orders with customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
- Review Purchase Orders
- Communicate customers' requirements to internal parties
- Monitor production status
Develop new markets and customers independently
Assist in the implementation of the company business objectives
Perform other duties as assigned by Management


Job Requirements:
1. Education Level: university graduated. (Preferable in international trade & economy or business English)
2. Years of Experience: at least 2 years experiences in foreign trade for EU or North America Market.
3. Language Skills: CET 6
4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Powepoint, etc) professionally.
5. Understanding of the import and export business processes, familiar with the import and export business links.
6. Have good communication and coordination ability to execute practical work seriously; quick & sharp response as well as strong sense of responsibility.
7. Able to work under pressure.
