Primary Position Function:
Implement the Health and safety programs . Assist HSE manager to ensure adherence to all statutory requirements and Company Health, Safety standards and procedures.


Key Responsibilities :
1.Implementation and management of Risk Management and Health and Safety program including inductions and personal control system
2.Conduct audits, reviews and assessments of both plant and contractor Health and Safety systems;
3.Reporting and reviewing all site incidents that have a material adverse impact for the Site;
4.Participate JSA/HAZOP with relative parties and function support;
5.Develop and implement Health and safety procedures as required;
6.Conduct HSE training program;
7.Ensure statutory reporting in relation of safety statistics incidents complies with statutory requirements.
8.Ensure legal compliance and information on relevant legislation;
9.Collaboration with relative parties to get permission of health and safety aspect.
10.Maintain accurate records and information relative to HSE.

Others:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in chemical process safety or safety engineering aspect;
2. CSE qualification is preferred;
3. 5+ years HSE working experience in a multinational company(operation);
4. Demonstrated good business integrity and values
5. Good command of English, both oral and written.
6. Good at computer skills such as PPT/EXCEL etc.
7. Proven ability of project management/leadership.
8. Strong willingness to learn and capable of adpating oneself into a new organization and environment
9. Team work sprits,motivation,cooperation skills
