Main accountabilities：主要职责:
1. Manages building repairs and alterations while assuring the continuous maintenance of equipment.
2. Oversees construction and repair projects for alternations or modification
3. Manages grounds maintenance, and janitorial services. Arranges for the procurement of outside contractors to carry out these or other specific maintenance and repair assignments.
4. Evaluates and analyses machine downtime in order to adjust maintenance programs to ensure conformance with maximization of production capacity.
5. Manages production and/or distribution of steam, power, gas, and other utilities.
6. Establishes and maintains maintenance standards. Prepares maintenance programs for long-range economics.
7. Reviews public utility contracts before their execution.
8. Collaborates with other departments on problems concerning facilities.
9. Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling.
10. Has supervisory responsibility involving staffing, conducting performance appraisals, training and developing subordinates, promotions, salary increases, terminations, disciplinary actions, etc.
11. Carries out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:资格
College degree or above.
English is good in Spoken & reading & written
Computer skills is good in office software

Experience (number of years, seniority level, nature):经验（工作年限、资历水平、种类）
More than 5 years working experience in electrical/hydraulic/mechanical field, and with some maintenance experience

Expertise areas: 专业方面
1. Can work with high- level industrial plant electrical control skills including PLC, industrial meter and mechanical technology etc. and familiar with electronic control, mechanical, tooling design, hydraulic, pneumatics, machine tools, and industrial oven.
2. Must have strong sense of TPM. Familiar with maintenance system program and AutoCAD.
3. knowledge of Six Sigma or lean.
4. knowledge of ISO management system
