Responsibilities

1. Set process condition parameters for different products.

2. Take ownership of manufacturing formulations and be the production focal point for new product introduction

3. Evaluate production data

4. Help solve operational problems and identify areas for improvement

5. Document production history in an appropriate manner (FMEA)

6. Train existing and new production staff

7. Take lead to finish process hazard analysis with other functional department.

Qualification and Experience:

1. More than 3 years experience in fields such extrusion, compounding, operations, chemical plant or project management.

2. Bachelor degree of polymer/chemical engineering or in relevant technical area.

3. Experience in lean manufacturing system, TPM desired

4. Be familiar with tools such as SPC, FMEA

5. Mechanical, electrical and instrumental knowledge about maintenance is highly appreciated.

6. Language skills: good in oral and written English, fluency desired
