Job Purpose

Act as business partner to all the internal departments and external contractors, related government to enhance maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of all plant and equipment, ensure maintenance systems and procedures are up to date and in order

Main Success Criteria

Health & safety engineering, environment compliance

Minimizing machine down-time

Preventative maintenance plan

Plant layout management

Process management

Make Department budget control plan

Meet budget target

Obey local law requirement and environment compliance

New project technical support and project plan follow up and resource organization

Meet Productivity improvement Plan

Meet Cost Reduction activities

Provide KPI information to management team and make related plan to meet target

Build a strong team to ensure department performance and continuous development.

Education/ Formal Qualifications

Bachelor degree with engineering background

Experience

About 8 years work experience in facility field among which 3 years’ management experience in two different multinational companies is required.

Be patient to communicate with different level of people before a certain action or decision has been taken. Good listener and objective. Open to different opinions
