Responsibilities职责:

?Develops, implements and manages strategic sales plans, operating budget, financial analysis, as well as, sales forecast/projections to achieve company objectives.
?Creates, designs, writes & implements programs to determine customer needs, pricing & discounts to grow the business.
?Resolves conflicts and facilitates changes in structure of sales to ensure objective fulfillment and swift response to sales problems and opportunities.
?Develops, implements and holds sales teams accountable to sales policy and procedures.
?Prepares periodic sales reports for the Company business.
?Meets with clients, maintains relationships, negotiates programs, prepares and delivers sales presentations and helps team members when needed.
?Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
?Fields questions and resolves issues from sales reps, and customers.
? Participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
? Participate in improvements projects initiative
? Other tasks assigned by superior/manager.

Essential 基本要求：

? Strong financial discipline, sharp business acumen and organizational abilities.
? Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
? Proactive and ability to work cross functionally and manage ambiguity effectively.
? Strong negotiating skills and time management
? Understanding the mechanics of a distribution network and ability to build and manage it
