Key duties include:

· Set up quality target for quality team and review / monitor the performance regularly;
· Supervise the process control, customer complaint handling and advanced quality planning;
· Arrange the process audit, issue nonconforming report and follow up corrective and preventive actions;
· Plan and perform product audit and document the record;
· Together with production and technical to review the suspect products;
· Organize and coordinate the root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action plan setting up, keep following up for closure and response to customer in case customer complaints;
· Be responsible for creating, reviewing and updating control plan and FMEA;
· Involve in new project or product development, prepare and document APQP, PPAP etc.
· Review feasibility study report of new product and process identification;
· Liaise with customer for and coordinate customer process audit;
· Involve in continuous improvement of product quality and process control;
· Report performance routinely of process control, product quality, customer complaints etc.
· Develop and coach subordinates;
· Leading COPQ reduction;
· Monthly report preparation;
· Perform other jobs assigned by QA manager.
· With Responsibility for GUPS on process　　
· Supervise dept staff implement all suitable environment law and workshop environment requirement.
· Use proper protection measures and equipments according to GUPT HSE policy, reminding and correcting other employee unsafe and improper behavior.
· Responsible for company HSE police、HSE manage system and the emergency plan implement in the department.
· Supervise the employee of the department to carry out each HSE law in point and《HSE notice of working in workshop》, and responsible for the performance of the department and employee.
· Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or above
Major in mechanical or chemical engineering
Over 5 years' work experience

Required Skills:
Good knowledge in ISO/TS16949, qualified internal auditor;
Good problem solving and decision making skill;
Good knowledge in QC 7 tools, SPC, GR&R, FMEA,PPAP and APQP;
Good Communicate in English;
Proficient in computer software, MS Word, MS excel, MS outlook, MS PPT
Positive enterprising, hard work

Specific training requirements
ISO/TS 16949 qualified internal auditor;
SPC, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, APQP knowledge;
Problem solving and decision making;
Leadership
