Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for Machining and Assembly product Inspection report review
2. Make and maintain control plan for each product (control plan and inspection sheet )
3. Train inspectors and direct technicians for audit and inspection

4. Process control and process continued improved
5. Handling customer complaints and returns follow up the corrective and preventive action.
6. Develop quality procedure and instructions as required.
7. Product process verification audits
8. Failure review and analysis, trouble shot
9. Process Capability study
10. Coach inspector CMM programming and optimize current CMM programs
11. Other reasonable tasks assigned by organizational

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree on Mechanical Engineering
2. 5+ years working experience in Quality area
3. Be familiar with machining (CNC) and assembly process (Lean concept)

4. Be Good at GD&T
5. Be Good at CMM programming (Hexagon , PC-DMIS)
6. Be familiar with inspection method- Need to know how to choose a gage for a feature properly
7. Familiar with Quality plans and Key Characteristics
8. Certified ISO9000 internal auditor would be preferred.
9. Fluent English in written and oral.
10. Good skill for MS office software
11. Good communication skill and high sense of responsibility
