Title: Senior electrical engineer

Location: Engineered Products Division – Changzhou

Reports To: Operations Manager

SCOPE:

Responsible for the assembly, debugging, installation, start up and electrical trouble shooting of new or modified production equipment from the perspective of mechanical assembly, electrical, automatically, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls installation. Responsible for the sustenance of equipment documentation systems from the perspective of obtaining and updating technical reference manuals, instructions and drawings required to service equipment long term.

9.Systems certified to ISO/TS 16949 including all predictive and preventive maintenance, wears and spares inventory control, and machine program library retention and organization

10.On time delivery of customer requirements for APQP, PPAP, and Production Start-Up

Main responsibility includes but not limited to:

1.Repair, maintain and overhaul electrical and electronical parts of machines and equipment based on break down information and instructions.

2.Analyses failures and technical problems to define them belong to be PLC software or electrical problem or mechanical problem and arrange correct source to fix them.

3.With respect to economical considerations, decide to repair or exchange of parts/system.

4.Check the performance data (cycle time, bottleneck etc) of repaired or maintained machine to evaluate completed rate and initiate corrective actions if needed.

5.Manage and train the electrical maintenance team.

6.Manage electrical spare parts to keep them in fine status.

7.Participate in process continuous improvement activity.

8.Participate in electrical equipment selection, installation and trail run for new projects.

9.Maintain the necessary documentation, Create work instruction for equipment maintenance item. Manage the maintenance and inspections at electronic control systems and electric devices according to existing maintenance and inspection plans.

10.Communicate with other functions for machining maintenance related issues.

11.Contact with suppliers to talk about technical requirement and quality requirement of spare parts& repairing parts.

12.Other tasks specified by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Bachelor degree or above major in electrical related field .

2.More than 5 years’ experience in electric design and on-site debugging in automatization industry

3.Be familiar with OMRON ,SIMENS PLC ,and Fanuc Robert programming and debugging

4.Rich Knowledge of PLC logic diagram, interlocking diagram and electrical diagram.

5.Be familiar with relay controlled system and electrical motor control ,servo system , HMI ,transducer, sensors ,robot erm, configuration software ,telecommunication systems , hydraulic, pneumatic.

6.Be familiar with HV, MV and LV power distribution systems.

7.Be familiar with Chinese local codes, standards and specifications.

8.Be familiar with CCTV, fire alarm system.

9.Be familiar with Calculation notes for short-circuit current and relay's set-point.
