To grow Wartsila's environmental solutions business in China, we would like to recruit the talent:
Position Description:
Accountabilities:
- Securing profitable new build + after sales contracts
- Promotion of W?rtsil? ES products
- Grow SP ES business in China in close co operation with the sales team in WCN
- Technical + Commercial Support to WCN Sales Team
- Defining and executing in country ES marketing strategy
Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams in his own area to meet strategic goals
- Do active sales work, in co-ordination with WCN
- Manage relation to ES agents in China
- Manage, monitor and develop the business in the region and report it to ES Director Water & Inert Gas and local General Manager in China
- Develop customer satisfaction both with shipyards and owners
- Build and organise a strategy with local general manager and SAM and KAM managers for achieving in-roads to Chinese owners
- Apply commercial / legal policies when negotiating contracts
- Develop and maintain relationship with key accounts
Development Responsibilities:
- Develop direct relations to local owners
