Customer Service

Qualification:

- University degree or similar education in engineering

- Good communication in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English language, German is prefer

- Good teamwork player and high mobility

- Willingness to take a challenge and able to work under pressure

- 2 years or above working experience in similar position or in electrical product testing industry

- Familiar with electrical product testing international standards (e.g. IEC. EN standards for electric & electronic appliance and components) is an advantage

- the candidate with technical degree will be preferred

Job task:

- Answer customer enquiries, responsible for quotations, handling incoming projects

- Service promotion and marketing activities when necessary

- Close communication with German departments for project
