With growing China business, Indirect Purchasing (IP) has become a major cost driver to all business operating here. Important we have centralized IP management function to manage the entire Indirect Purchasing.

Position Description:
- Conduct strategic sourcing process.
- Manage and develop supplier relationships.
- Achieve Quality, Delivery Reliability and Cost Development as per agreed targets.
- Long and short term strategy planning and implementation
- Continuously benchmark supply market
- Negotiate long term contracts and bigger spot purchase orders
- Analyze future demand and strategy trends and work in a close collaboration with both the Businesses and Suppliers.
- Make sure that we have sufficient contract coverage and compliance inside the category


QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communications, team working and collaboration skills
- Solid skills both in written and oral business English
- Ability to work under stress
- Self confident and enterprising
- Willingness to travel


Education:
- Bachelor Degree. MBA or Master degree desired.


Experience:
- 10 years experience in procurement, at least 5 years in Indirect Sourcing
