Responsibilities职责:　　　

- Supervise & direct all mechanical maintenance tasks and employees, contractors & subcontractors
- Minimizing machine downtime - MTBF - MTTR
- Implementing & maintaining Preventive & Predictive maintenance activities
- Working closely with Production and electrical maintenance to continuously improve production output & OEE
- Support production to implement quality improvements & error-proofing
- Able to effectively communicate with suppliers & vendors of machinery & parts
- Conduct regular meetings with direct reports for communication purposes
- Able to make decisions and prioritize
- Assist in development and control of Maintenance expense budget
- Assist to ensure environment & production levels are maintained
- Monitor replacement parts inventory and work orders
- To participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
- Maintaining all TS, ISO & OHSAS records related to mechanical maintenance
- Meet all the requiements on HSE, ensure well control about HSE KOI
- Facility maintenance tasks( buildings, public facilities, gas,water and greening etc.) impletment
- Other tasks assigned by department manager.

2. Able to be trained as a good team leader.

Educational Requirement 教育（受训）要求：　　
A) Essential 基本要求：　
1. University degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
2. Familiar with problem solving techniques, root cause analysis, brainstorming, team work
B) Desirable 理想要求：　
1. Competence in AutoCad, MS Office Tools and MS Project.
2. Good Leadership and able to lead a team of engineers and technicians.
　　　　
Experience Required 工作经验：　　　
1. 5-10 years working experience with minimum 2 years at manager position
2. Experience in Power supply and wiring system.
