职位描述
Responsibilities / 职责
1. Responsible for assembly workshop and workshop daily management;
负责装配车间管理工作,以及各项业务开展组织及日常管理工作；
2. In charge of the workshop layout planning;
负责车间的布置规划设计；
3. In charge of building up assembly team and setup of all kind of regulations of workshop ;
负责装配团队的组建、管理及车间各项规章制度的建立；
4. Responsible for the setup of assembly facilities &tools in workshop;
负责装配车间的相关设施、工具等筹备工作；
5. Responsible for the startup and real production of the assembly production;
全面负责装配生产的启动和装配工作；
6. Cooperation with HR Dept. responsible for the training of the staff in workshop;
与人事部合作，负责和组织员工的培训工作；
7. Cooperate with other colleagues and the partners for related management (e.g. IT, financial, administration, STC, SDT,SAP etc.).
与相关管理与其他同事和公司内外业务伙伴(如IT,财务、行政、STC、SDT、SAP等）的合作。
8. Complete other duties be appointed by superior.
完成领导安排的其他工作内容。
Education / Qualifications / Skills / 岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical;
本科以上学历，机械类专业毕业；
2. Minimum 10 years work experience in mechanical industry, at least 5 years workshop management experience， rich assembly experience;
10年以上机械行业工作经验，5年以上车间管理经验,丰富的装配经验；
3. Good English and the ability for using computer;
良好的的英语听、说、读、写能力及熟练计算机操作能力；
4. Have the ability to organize, cooperate, communicate, and also the ability of the official document composition.
优秀的组织协调及沟通能力、协调能力、组织能力；公文写作能力。
