Responsibilities职责:

?Accountable for all aspects of IT Management, IT vision/strategy definition, project planning and execution, budget and team management
?Conduct competitive internal and external benchmark, and develop plan to close the gap to world class process
?Lead the China IT team, supervise the team. Develop measurable goals and support the team to reach the goals.
?IT governance, ensure China IT fully compliant with GCC and CSA audit requirement
?Following regional IT management methodology, and participate regular regional IT review meetings and conferences as required
?Collaborate with the IT teams to drive world-leading business processes and IT systems into the China organization
? Participate in training defined by the company and training to associates as required
? Participate in improvements projects and CI initiative
? Other tasks assigned by superior/manager.

Technical/Professional Training & Qualification 技术性/专业性培训和资历

Sound knowledge of manufacturing industry business process in general
Proven project management skill and communication skill
Strong understanding and hands-on implementation of IT systems development and deployment methodologies
Solid knowldege of below IT areas:
1, Fourth Shift ERP, or Oracle
2, MS SQL DBA and develop, or Oracle DB
3, IT infrastructures including client, server, storage and networking technologies
4, Business Intelligence tool
5, BPM

Experience Required 工作经验：

10+ in IT position, minmum 3 years in IT Manager position

Highly developed oral and written communication skills, fluent in English
