职位描述
Position Title: HR Generalist (Asia pacific)
Department: HR Operations
Location: shanghai-张江
salary: 5000-6000
Requirements:
1. Draft and implement C&B policy and procedure.
2. Calculate salary and follow up the salary pay-out, calculate the demission salary.
3. Calculate and declare the personal monthly income tax for all employees, and conduct employee annual income tax declaration.
4. Act as the owner to follow up all procedures related to housing fund.
5. Handle all employee supplementary insurance issues.
6. Maintain HR system including attendance management.
7. Monitor and deliver OT statistics to other departments to ensure the implementation of OT control and meet OT control target.
8. Other C&B related task from Supervisor.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree.
2. 1-2 years' working experiences
3. Good command of English and Korean
4. Familiar with HR system.
5. Good communication skills, integrity, detail oriented, accountability, good sense of confidentiality and interpersonal skill.
