职位描述
岗位职责：
1、严格遵守公司HSE的各项规章制度；
2、使用，维护上海恒盛研发中心合成实验室及仪器，使其持续处于高效，整洁，安全的状态；
3、负责研发项目的具体实施，完成工艺开发并转移工艺至张家港技术中心；
4、与分析研究员共同完成药物质量研究工作，包括杂质合成，分离及鉴定；
5、完成实验报告，项目进展报告和项目总结报告；
6、对公司的研发商业机密自觉做好保密工作；
7、协助研发经理及技术研发总监完成其他任务。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，化学或药物化学专业；
2、本科学历要求6年以上在制药企业研究部（R&D）或工艺开发部（PD）工作经验；
3、硕士研究生学历要求3年以上制药企业研发部（R&D）或工艺开发部（PD）工作经验；
4、具备良好的跨部门沟通能力；
5、具备良好的中英文读写能力，能在项目执行中熟练使用英语，可独立撰写英文报告；
6、具有扎实的有机化学，合成化学，药物化学相关的理论知识；
7、熟练掌握合成实验室化合物制备和分离技能，具备良好的化合物结构解析能力；
8、对工艺开发和优化有深刻认识和丰富经验，对工艺杂质研究有丰富的经验；
9、具备一定的GMP知识，对ICH指导原则有一定了解。
