职位描述
岗位要求：
1、严格遵守公司HSE的各项规章制度；
2、使用，维护上海恒盛研发中心合成实验室及仪器，使其持续处于高效，整洁，安全的状态；
3、负责研发项目的具体实施，完成工艺开发并转移工艺至张家港技术中心；
4、与分析研究员共同完成药物质量研究工作，包括杂质合成，分离及鉴定；
5、协助完成实验报告，项目进展报告和项目总结报告；
6、协助研发经理及技术研发总监完成其他任务。
具备技能：
1、本科以上学历，化学或药物化学专业；
2、良好的跨部门沟通能力；
3、良好的中英文读写能力，能在项目执行中使用英语；
4、具有扎实的有机化学，合成化学，药物化学相关的理论知识；
5、熟练掌握合成实验室化合物制备和分离技能，具备一定的化合物结构解析能力；
6、对工艺开发和优化有一定认识和实际经验。
