To strengthen the relation with and ensure proper support for the 2-stroke engine builders in China Wärtsilä Ship Power 2 stroke is looking for a Licence Director China.

The Talent that we are looking for:
Accountabilities:
？ Manage relationship for with Chinese licensees
？ Develop, implement and execute an overall licensing strategy for existing and new licensees in China
？ Analyze Chinese Licensees production capabilities and needed support to enable 2 stroke engine production according to Wärtsilä specifications and requirements
？ Evaluate profitability / market share per Chinese licensee and implement needed changes

Major Responsibilities:
？ Lead team of Licence Management, be responsible for Licence support / development in China
？ Lead team for Component Support China
？ Coordinate Chinese licensee feedback to Wärtsilä Switzerland (WCH)
？ Ensure / coordinate that Chinese licensees receive production support, yard support, and general technical support
？ Strengthening relation between Wärtsilä and Chinese Licensees
？ Explore licensee satisfaction and implement improvements

Education:
？ Degree in Mechanical Engineering (equivalent to B.Sc. or M.Eng)
？ Degree in Marine Engineering (equivalent to B.Sc. or M.Eng)
？ Sound experience of shipping business financials
