Responsibilities
-Build and maintain an efficient engineering teamâ？？
-Ensure even workload distribution of the team members
-Ensure engineering support to SP sales (Engineering) and Project Management
-Ensure strong co-operation with other business line technical support engineers
-Co-ordination with business lines in Europe
-Grow the local engineers to the target capability.
-Cooperation and joint project development with Ship Design team.
-Build local engineering involvement in integration projects
-Develop local engineering capabilities in particular interface and automation engineering capabilities



Requirements
-Experience in Marine Industry
-Conceptual thinking
-Able to work in multi cultural / international business environment
-Self driven
-Willing to learning
-Good command of English
-Knowledge of Marine Industry
-Knowledge of design tools and data management
-Knowledge of Wartsila Ship Power product & system -Good Leader / managerial skills
-Good Communication skills
-Technical Education Bsc or Msc level
-At least 5 years work experience
