Responsibilities 岗位职责

-Responsible to maintain and develop local contacts with well defined accounts

负责维护开发意向客户

-Responsible to build and develop long term relationships with technical and regional commercial department for defined accounts

负责和技术及商务部门一起建立开发与意向客户的长期合作关系

-Prepare offer to customers with support of Sales Director

在销售总监的支持下准备报价。

-Follow up from offer to business realization

跟踪报价至业务实现的整个过程

-Initiate and participate in necessary customers meetings and events

发起及参加必要的客户会议或项目

-Administrate daily communication with defined accounts

维系与意向客户的日常沟通

-Coordinate internal resources necessary to develop and win new projects

协调内部资源以开发和赢得新项目

-Participate in budget activities together with Sales Director

与销售总监一起参与编制预算

-Support Sales Director in collection of necessary data in view of customers negotiations

协助销售总监收集与客户谈判的必要数据

-Maintain all documentation in the system according to defined rules

(meeting reports, activities, business reports, offers and its related Documentation, use of Sales Force) and make such available to management at anytime

根据公司制度维护系统文件(会议报告，活动，商业报告，报价及其相关文件和可用销售力量)，并确保数据管理及时有效

-Participate in relevant exhibitions

参加相关展会

-Control expenses to meet budget guidelines

管控费用以符合预算方针

-Insure that the rules, regulations and guidelines of the company are applied

确保遵守了公司的规定，章程及指导方针

Requirements 岗位要求

-Sales oriented person/sales experience minimum 5-8 years sales experience.

销售导向，5-8年销售经验

-Aluminium profiles sales experience is highly recommended.

有铝型材销售经验尤佳

-Technical competence is a plus

具技术背景尤佳

-The ability of Japanese is a must, both in verbal and written.

日语听说读写精通

-Can communicate in basic English is preferred.

会基础英语交流尤佳

-Willingness to travel
