职位描述
岗位描述：
统筹和协调公司SSP工厂（小规模厂）的生产、设备清洗和生产线切换工作，在项目建设时期协调现场设备管线的安装检查、清洗以及IQ、OQ等工作。
岗位职责：
1、按照公司和部门的安排，带领SSP工厂员工完成生产、清洗和产品切换等工作；
2、在项目建设期间，安排生产团队按照要求完成现场的设备、管线安装检查、新设备清洗、IQ、OQ等工作；
3、分配和协调各班组的工作，打造一支有团队合作精神和高效的生产队伍；
4、在工作过程中积极主动沟通和团队合作，对于项目建设和生产过程发现的问题和偏差立即向生产经理报告；
5、指导员工在生产过程中遵守公司相关的GMP的要求，确保产品质量；
6、指导员工在生产过程中遵守公司相关的ESH要求，确保工厂工艺及人员安全；
7、按照公司和部门的要求，安排班组做好交接班工作，并对工作区域做好清洁；
8、对生产领班和生产操作员进行业务能力和其他必要的培训；
9、提出各项改进建议，并按照要求完成工厂的各项改进工作；
10、完成上级安排的其他工作任务。
质量及安全职责：
1、贯彻执行各项SHE相关的规章制度；
2、报告SHE隐患/事故/事件，配合事故调查；
3、积极参与各种安全活动，组织SSP工厂的安全检查；
4、完成相关安全的各种检查记录；
5、指导员工正确使用PPE和安全设施；
6、检查工厂工作区域环境和设备的安全状况；
7、检查和指导员工按照规定要求准确和真实填写生产记录，严格按照SOP记录进行操作；
8、必须遵循公司其它的有关质量及安全规定；
9、在工作过程中对工厂的设备的安全负责。
任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，化学化工或相关专业毕业；
2、有5年以上化工生产或GMP工厂工作经验，有3年以上生产管理经验；
3、有药厂生产经验者优先考虑；
4、工作有激情，愿意开放性的思考和解决问题；
5、具有团队协作精神，有较强的协调能力和组织能力；
6、有较强的沟通能力和学习能力；
7、有5S和GMP方面的实际经验；
8、有一定的承受压力的能力，愿意在一定压力下工作。
