Handling all work related to the shift of field production/maintenance/SHE etc issue for the plant. 负责协调处理本班组内工厂所有现场有关生产、维修、安全等相关工作:
1.To assist the production Manager to complete the production targets with regards to both quantity and quality within the safety requirements as well.
2.Ensure that SOP,LSR are understood and implemented within your shift. Stick to standard procedure, eliminate any violation in process.
3.Work with the Maintenance Dept. to make sure the machineries and equipments are running with a clean and good condition.
4.Lead the trials of new products, materials and equipments in the shift.
5.Coordinate problem-solving activities in the shift and make sure that solutions are implemented.
6.Identify and lead the implementation of Productivity Improvement Projects in the Shift.
7.In charge of training the section employees and ensure all the operators have qualified skills and knowledge to fulfil their job responsibilities.
8. SHE culture and concept are embedded deeply through daily activities.
9. Manage the whole site in middle and night shift.

要求：
1/Chemical engineering degree or other relevant qualifications to Bachelor level or higher
化工专业或其他相近专业学士或以上学位
2/At least 5 years fine chemical engineering work experience.
至少有5年精细化工相关工作经验
3/Basic English communication skill能将英语做为工作语言。
