Position Summary:

Lead a team to responsible for quality process development, and its overall performance monitoring, and also drive the improvement to the best-in-class

Ensures that our quality culture are running excellent, benchmarked with global manufacturing industries

Manage training, coaching about quality management and quality tools to all levels team to bring organization’s quality mindset to strategy and policy level

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

· Review SOPs to assure the activities comply with ISO 9001/13485 and other regulatory requirements

· Maintain an integrated documentation system and guide the execution at each manufacturing site

· Provide training, communication and advice to different levels

· Apply data analysis skill to figure out common risk/issue and provide solution

· Coordinate external audits and maintain ISO quality management system certification

· Manage and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all documentation and processes to meet business and quality requirements through regular check and/or internal audit program

Other Job Requirements:

· Quality and regulatory related training.

· Occasional travel is required, including international travel.

Educational Qualifications:

· BSc or MSc in related field, Major in engineering or relevant

· Related training, like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing is preference

· ISO9001/13485 internal audit certificate, ISO14000 is plus.

Experience Qualifications:

· Experience Required: 10 years above experience in manufacturing or engineering environment; 5 years above experience in quality management

· Expert at these quality tools such as FMEA, CAPA, Control Plan, SPC, PokeYoke, 5 layers of quality, etc.

· Good presentation skill and experience of trainer.

· Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively interact with multiple organizational units.

· Familiar with product regulatory requirement such as CE/CSA/UL/CCC

· Must be able to work on multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, while acting in a decisive manner and demonstrating a bias for action.

· Good oral and written communication skill in English and Mandarin Chinese

· Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred
