职位描述
任职资格：
1、5年以上在制药企业研发部（R&D）或质控部（QC）工作经验，其中2年以上任职经理、主管或曾担任重大项目的项目负责人；
2、化学或药物化学专业，英语熟练，性格开良朋、工作细致；
3、具备一定的组织管理能力，最好有带团队的经验；
4、具备药物分析方法开发能力（Titration,HPLC,GC,LC-MS）
5、熟悉方法的验证，方法学研究；
6、熟悉GMP及ICH指导原则；
7、有撰写药品注册文件的经验。
岗位描述：
1、管理、建设上海研发及张家港技术中心的研发分析团队；
2、管理、维护上海研发及张家港技术中心分析实验室；
3、药物分析方法的开发，转移及验证；
4、向技术研发的工艺团队提供日常分析服务；
5、研发报告及药品注册文件的撰写；
6、协助技术研发总监完成其他任务。
