1.Job Summary/Position Purpose /工作内容
1.1 根据图纸和上级文件要求编写程序
Make programs according to the drawings and superiors files
1.2 对负责机床进行现场指导及对供应商技术支持
Responsible for the machine's work-site guidance，Technical Support for supplier
1.3 领导安排的其它工作内容
Finish other work assigned by manager.
2. Responsibilities / 职责
2.1对新产品和返修工件编写程序
Make programs for new products and rework pieces.
2.2在加工提前准备程序、刀具列表和装夹图，把程序输入到机床中
Make program, tool lists, set up drawing and transmit the programs to machines before working.
2.3根据车间实际生产，调整程序，进行现场指导
Change programs according to the workshop actual production. Explain to the operator how to work.
2.4对程序等相关文件进行更新和归档
Update and archive the documents related to programs
2.5 改进编程工艺
Improved the programming process.
3. Education, Qualifications and Skills /岗位要求
3.1 专科以上学历，机械类专业毕业
Junior college education, graduate in mechanical engineering
3.2 3年以上编程经验，熟悉西门子系统，丰富的刀具、夹具、量具知识和机加工经验
Three years of programming experience, familiar with the Siemens system, a wealth of tools, fixtures, gages knowledge and experience in the machining
3.3 良好的组织协调及沟通能力
Good organization and communication skills.
