Responsibilities/职责
1. Leading the assembly worker in the group and in charge of assembly and testing in workshop.
负责带领班组成员进行装配和调试工作。
2. As a team leader, responsible for assembly and Leading of the assembly worker in the group.
负责设备的装配和调试。
3. Keep assemble workshop tidy and implement 5S strictly
按照5S管理的要求进行工作场所的管理和维护。
4. Complete other tasks appointed by superior.
完成上级交代的其它任务。
5. Fully responsible for the management of the work place
全面负责装配工作区的现场管理工作。
6. Complete other duties appointed by superior.
完成领导安排的其他工作内容。
Education, Qualifications and Skills /岗位要求
1. Above junior college graduated in related mechanical Engineering.
大专以上学历。
2. Team leader experience and management experience.
有装配班长经验和带队管理经验。
3. Be able to understand mechanical engineer drawing and can independent finish assembly work.
能看懂机械零件，装配图纸，并按照图纸独立完成相关装配任务。
4. Be able to understand hydraulic and pneumatic drawing.
能看懂液压图纸，气动元件并按照图纸装配。
5. Be able to understand simple English.
会听懂简单英语。
6. Be able to complete work on time.
能够按时完成工作。
7. Earnest and sureness worker.
工作认真踏实。
