Location:Jiangyin(Provide shuttle bus between Wuxi and Plant,Jiangyin and Plant,Zhangjiagang and Plant)

Responsibilities
1.Search for potential suppliers through all kinds of channels. Collect all kinds of information of suppliers.

Implement the inquiry procedure. Ask for quotation, delivery time and etc form suppliers. If needed ask suppliers to deliver

samples.
2.If Sapa has further cooperation intent with a supplier, assist relevant colleagues in Technical and

QA department to have an audit on the supplier.
3.Be responsible for negotiating with suppliers about commercial clauses of a contract including price, payment

terms, delivery time, service and etc.
4.Evaluate the performance and capability of suppliers including products' quantity, quality, delivery time,

service and so on.

Requirement

1.College or Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical engineering, metal material, purchasing, supply management or

trading.
2.Over 3 years related purchase experience in MNC.
3.Understand mechanical machining industry, good knowledge of general business procurement practices and

international trading.
4.Holding rich source of suppliers in relevant business. Excellent negotiation skills.
5.Familiar with the quality system ISO9001 and TS16949.
6.Familiar with import and export procedure.
7.Good oral and written English skill.
8.Honest and keep his/her word. Comply with the company's policy"Ethics and Code of Business conduct"
9.Responsible, self-motivated and a good team player,be able to work under pressure, proactive and high efficient.
