Responsibilities / 职责
1. 按照图纸和标准的要求履行外检产品质量控制的任务。
According to the standards and drawings , accomplish the task of outsourcing quality control .
2. 编制设备零部件检验大纲及床检清单。
Drawing up the inspection overview and machine check list of equipment components
3. 掌握产品质量验收标准，审核分供商提供的质量文件。
Grasping the quality standards , verifying the quality documents provided by the supplier.
4. 协助部门经理对分供商的检验进行监督管理。
Assist the department manager to supervise the quality inspection of suppliers.
5. 协助部门经理对外协检验工作的进行改进。
Assist the department manager to improve outsourcing inspections.
6. 完成对供应商产品质量检验工作。
Accomplish the task of quality inspection of supplier.
7. 监督分供商工厂质量标准的执行情况。
Supervising the excursion of quality standards in the supplier workshop.
8. 参与维护质量体系的运行，提供分供商的质量数据。
Participate in the operating and maintaining of the quality system. Providing quality data of supplier.
9. 对分供商检验员进行培训和监督。
Training and supervising inspectors of supplier.
10.确保检验报告齐全，填写项目信息真实、清晰、准确、完整及具有可追溯性，并及时归档。
Make sure the completeness of inspection reports. Make sure the realness clearness accuracy completeness and traceability of project information in inspection reports. Filing the reports in time.
11.定期向部门经理汇报分供商的质量分析报告。
Report the quality analysis report of supplier to the department manager regularly.
12.外协厂不合格品的管理。
Handling the non- conformed material of the supplier.
13.领导安排的其他工作内容。
Other work arranged by the department manager or the supervisor.
Education,Qualifications and Skills / 岗位要求
1.本科或专科学历。
Bachelor or college degree.
2.在机械、重工业或冶金制造行业质量部门三年质量检验经历。
Three years’ quality inspection experience in mechanical , heavy-duty or metallurgy manufacturing industry.
3 熟练的口语及英语书写能力。
Skilled in oral and written English
4.能够与其他职能部门进行协作和沟通。
Ability to coordinate and communicate with other departments.
