1. 工作内容 / Job Summary/Position Purpose
1.1 根据图纸和上级文件要求编写工艺
Write job router according the drawing and specification.
1.2 负责工艺跟踪及现场技术指导
Follow up the job router and technical support for supply.
1.3 领导安排的其它工作内容
Finish other work assigned by manager.
2. 职责 / Responsibilities
2.1对新产品和返修工件编写机加工工艺
Write machining job routing for new products and service workpiece
2.2提前申购加工中需要用到的特殊刀具和夹具
Purchase special cutting tools and fixture in advance
2.3根据车间实际生产，调整工艺，提高加工效率
Adjust job routing according to the actual workload, and improve the efficiency of machining workshop
2.4对工艺进行更新和归档.
Updating and archiving the job routing files
2.5如有需要，为供应商提供现场指导
If necessary, give technical support for suppliers
3. 岗位要求 / Education, Qualifications and Skills
3.1 专科以上学历，机械类专业毕业
Junior college education, graduate in mechanical engineering
3.2 5年以机械行业编写工艺经验，丰富的刀具、夹具、量具知识和，丰富的机加工、焊接、热处理经验
Five years job routing experience in machinery industry, rich knowledge and experience of cutting tool, jigs, gauges, and machining, welding, heat treatment.
3.3良好的英语听、说、读、写能力及熟练的办公软件操作能力
Good organization and communication skills.
1.1 根据图纸和上级文件要求编写工艺
Write job router according the drawing and specification.
1.2 负责工艺跟踪及现场技术指导
Follow up the job router and technical support for supply.
1.3 领导安排的其它工作内容
Finish other work assigned by manager.
