Job Responsibilities
1.协助部门经理对本部门人员管理及部门建设等工作。
Assist department manager for department personnel management and department construction;
2.协助部门经理对分供商检验文件进行审核和管理评估。
Assist the department manager to verify the inspection documents and assess the management of suppliers.
3.协助部门经理对部门员工进行培训。
Assist the department manager to train the staff in the department.
4.编制设备零部件检验大纲及床检清单。
Drawing up the inspection overview and machine check list of equipment components
5.按照图纸和标准的要求履行外检产品质量控制的任务。
Accomplish the task of controlling the outsourcing quality according to the drawings and standards.
6.掌握产品质量验收标准，审核分供商提供的质量文件。
Grasping the quality standards, verifying the quality documents provided by the supplier.
7.协助部门经理对分供商质量监督控制。
Assist the department manager to supervise the quality of supplier.
8.协助部门经理制订外检部各种检验制度和检验文件。
Assist the department manager to complete the inspection regulations and documents.
9.负责每月对分供商的产品进行质量统计汇总。
In charge of the monthly quality statistics summary of suppliers.
10.负责项目检验大纲和床检清单的审核。
In charge of the verification of the inspection overview and machine check requirement
11.负责质量检验文件的审核和管理工作。
In charge of the verification and management of inspection documents.
12.外协厂不合格品的处置。
Handling the non- conformed material of the supplier.
13.部门领导安排的其他工作内容。
Other work arranged by the department manager.
Qualifications
1.机械专业大专或本科学历。
College or Bachelor degree. Majored in mechanical.
2.在机械、重工业或冶金制造行业质量部门五年以上质量检验管理经历。
More than five years’ quality inspection management experience in mechanical, heavy-industry or metallurgy manufacturing industry.
3.熟练的口语及英语书写能力。
Proficient in oral and written English.
4.参加过高级机械工程师的培训，具有单独阅读复杂零件图和装配图的能力。
Have the training in advanced-level as technician or mechanical engineer, have the ability to read fabrication and assembly drawings independently.
5.具有熟练使用2000mm以内精度为1/100mm外径及内径各种量具的能力，能够单独使用检验设备或工具进行设备零件测量、装配检验等相关工作。
Proficient in using inside and outside micrometer calibers in the measuring range up to 2000mm and with a measuring accuracy of 1/100mm, ability to use inspection and measuring equipment to check the single parts and the assemble inspection dependently.
6.具有与其他相关部门进行沟通、协调的能力，能够主动提高业务能力。
Ability to communicate and cooperate with various departments, high motivation and willingness to improve own skills.
7.具有单独出具中英文检验报告的能力
Ability to issue inspection report in English and Chinese.
8.熟练使用SAP、office及Auto CAD。
Proficiency in using SAP、office and Auto CAD.

Qualifications
1.机械专业大专或本科学历。
College or Bachelor degree. Majored in mechanical.
2.在机械、重工业或冶金制造行业质量部门五年以上质量检验管理经历。
