职位描述
Responsibilities/职责
1.Responsible for daily costing problems solving, work closely with related teams
负责公司日常成本核算中问题的解决，积极协调相关部门成本核算工作
2.Responsible for timely monthly closing, costing closing entries and related adjustment transactions负责成本核算月末结账，及有关成本费用录入、分摊分配和调整
3.Coordinate yearly physical count, monthly cycle count and prepare reconciliation report.协调月度年度的库存盘点，准备财务盘点报告
4.Inventory control and analysis on inventory turns, slow moving and obsolete items, prepare inventory written off sheet 存货周转率的分析和控制,准备存货减值表
5.Collect and check the monthly supporting hours from related department and input in SAP 收集并核对间接部门的工时统计并录入系统
6.Coordinate production efficiency analysis and provide insight to operation team with detailed spots to drill down.协调生产部门的效率分析，提供相关财务数据并协调改进
7.Assist prepare monthly cost center analysis reports for all cost centers and puts forward improvement recommendations for cost control 辅助准备成本分析报告、并提出成本8. Closely follow up CPAEX actual / budget / spending ,prepare the investment control report 跟踪投资预算，实际及付款情况，完成投资管理报告
9. Prepare monthly Cash Flow Plan Report 完成现金预测报告
10. Completion of the project tracking report 完成项目统计和追踪报告
11. Assist internal control implementation in the company 辅助内部控制在公司的执行和贯彻
12.Other tasks assigned by superior 其它临时事项
Education, Qualifications and Skills /岗位要求
1. University degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting 财务金融、会计类专业本科学历
2. 3 years' or above costing related working experience preferred in a foreign manufacturing plant 三年以上成本相关工作经验，有制造业成本工作经验者尤佳
3. Good command of written and spoken English 熟练的口语及英语书写能力
4. Good team cooperation spirit 良好的团队合作精神
5. Good communicate skills and service conscious 良好的沟通交流和服务意识
