KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

Daily Work

1. Follow goods receipt process to make all goods receipts timely and accurately in order to follow 4 eyes principle and Global compliance.

2. Guide suppliers deliver goods to right persons.

3. Coordinate with unloading points contact persons do final quantity and quality check.

4. Do Goods Receipts in SAP and file all documents.

5. Support F/A to do corrective payment.

6. Coordination with EHSS department to ensure all the operations are in compliance with company and local regulations.

Weekly Work

1. Weekly meeting with manager to feedback operation condition and problems.

2. Support manager to implement related logistics optimized project.

Monthly Work

1. Monthly report

2. Monthly action plans.

QUALIFICATION
1. Education
At least colleage degree.

2. other
English( reading ability at least).
MS Office
if possible SAP MM(or other ERP) - knowledge

3. Other Competency
Good communication and problem solving skill;
Curious in learning. self-developed and self-disciplinary.
