COMPANY BACKGROUND
1. Our client is a leading multinational energy company operation in more than 130 countries. Together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, it is one the largest publicly-traded integrated international oil and gas company in the world.
2. Our client engages in all aspects of the petroleum industry, including upstream operations (oil and gas exploration, development and production, LNG) and downstream operations (refining, marketing and the trading and shipping of crude oil and petroleum products).
3. It also produces base chemicals (petrochemicals and fertilizers) and specialty chemicals for the industrial and consumer markets. In addition, it has interests in the coal mining and power generation sector. ACTIVITIES:
1. Lead blending team to operate blending kettles and fulfil production as scheduled. 领导调配团队操作调配等设备，按生产计划完成调配生产任务。
2. Supervise blending operations to be in compliance with production procedures, ensure production quality, 管理团队按照程序进行生产以确保生产质量
3. Responsible for receiving raw material in bulk, including base oils and additives which were transported by vessel, ISO tank or tank truck. 负责散装原材料的接收，包括用船，液体集装箱或槽车等运输的基础油、添加剂等。
4. Coordinate with maintenance to arrange in-time maintenance on blending workshop and facilities. 与维修部门协作，及时安排车间和生产设施的维护保养工作.
5. Optimize production process to improve the production efficiency and capacity; 优化生产工艺, 提高生产效率和生产能力。
6. Supervise behavior of subordinates to ensure they strictly obey company HSE rules. 关注下属工作时的行为确保他们严格遵守公司的安全规定。
7. Responsible to safety and quality management in dominative area and ensure all activities following HSE rules of achieving HSE objectives. 管辖区域内的安全环境质量管理，确保所有行动符合公司HSE规定，达到设定的HSE目标。
8. Ensure activities in domination in compliance with rules of ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001. 确保生产活动遵守ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001和OHSAS18001体系的规定。
9. Coach subordinates to finish related work of them, and help them develop professional career. 指导下属完成工作，帮助他们的职业发展。

Job Requirements:
4. 5 years or above experience of production management, prefer working experience in chemical or petrochemical company.五年以上生产管理工作经历，化工/石化工厂相关工作经历优先。
5. Bachelor degree, major in Engineering. 工科本科学历。
6. Good command on reading and written English, good computer skill of Microsoft Office. 较好的英文读写能力和熟练的微软Office系统使用能力。
7. Strongly being responsible, careful and cautious working style, team work and leadership.责任心强，谨慎细致的工作风格，团队意识和领导能力。
8. Good HSE knowledge and awareness. 良好的HSE知识和意识。
9. Knowledge to ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 is desired, and operation experience under the management systems. 良好的ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 和 OHSAS18001体系知识和应用经历。
