To assist the maintenance managers to schedule the annual overhaul plan and the periodical shut down

To control the common spare parts for each unit on plant site
? 指导、协助管理技术部资料室
To assist to manage the TIC of Tech. Dept.

Major activities and accountabilities主要活动及职责
1. Safety安全
? 严格遵守公司的各项规章制度、不断提高个人的安全意识
Strictly to comply with the rules and regulations of ARKEMA, always to increase the safety awareness of personal
? 参与月度安全小组会，分析本月各项安全指标完成情况，小组员工间沟通基地的安全问题和建议，提出合理化建议及发现侥幸未肇事件
To participate in the monthly team safety meeting, analyse the safety target accomplished situation of the present month, communicate with team members about safety issue s and suggestions, make reasonable suggestions and find near-miss events
? 认真执行公司的安全程序和各项安全措施，参与全厂性的安全演习
To follow out the safety procedure and each safety measure, participate in the safety drill on plant level
? 参与相关事故事件的调查，跟踪改进措施
To participate in the related investigation of accident or incident and track the improving measure
2. Daily Management日常管理
? 定期检查公共区域公用工程和基础设施的状况，发现问题，及时指出，并协调相关责任人员开展维修工作
Periodically to check the condition of facility and utility in public area. To coordinate the relevant responsible person to carry out the maintenance work for the found problem in time.
? 相关行政类设施的维修及改造管理
Responsible for maintenance or MOC for related administrative related facilities
? 负责工厂平台和住宅区（竹园）小项目的管理
Responsible for management of small projects on platform and in living quarter
? 协助现场维修经理制定基地各装置每年的大修计划及阶段性停车检修计划并及时更新
Assist the site maintenance managers to work out the annual overhaul plan and the periodical shut down plan and update in time
? 掌握基地各装置通用零件的消耗量，及时申请补充库存
In control of the wastage of common spare parts for each unit and issue PR in time.
? 指导绘图员管理资料室、绘制一些零件图和修改PID
To coach the draft person to manage TIC, draw some parts drawing and update PID annually.
? 存档技术部现有的有效管理程序，及时传达公司管理体系要求，督促部门相关人员及时完成对有关管理程序的起草、修改及参与培训有关管理程序
To archive the current effective management procedures of Tech. Dept. communicate the requirement of company management system in time. Push the related responsible person to draft or update the related procedure and finish in time. And receive the training for some related procedures

Functional ownership role for site infrastructure systems.
其代表业主面向内部客户和外部供应商所涉及到的如下基地基础设施系统
The jobholder has to act as the owner to internal customers and towards external suppliers for the following site infrastructure systems
? Industrial water network (municipal water from SinoFrench water Company)
工业水网（从中法水务过来的生活用水）
? Hot water system supplying shower building and canteen
供应洗浴和食堂的热水系统
? Waste water network including online analyzer at discharge point
废水系统，包括出口管线上的在线分析
? Rain water drainage system and discharge
雨水排水系统和排放
? Road, fence, guard room and living quarter
厂区道路、围栏、门卫及专家村
? Natural gas network
天然气系统
? Steam lines

要善于收集内部客户的需求和外部供应商的要求，确保平稳协调内外部的供需要求
The jobholder hat to collect the needs of the internal customer and the requirements of the external suppliers. He has to coordinate between them to ensure a smooth and stable supply / discharge
基础设施协调员给基地总经理技术支持以完成所有基础设施系统的合同谈判
All contractual negations will be done by ACI GM with the technical support of the Infrastructure coordinator
基础设施协调员要确保所有系统有正确、完整的文件，所有涉及此系统的修改要经过该协调员的审核并完工后由他归档
The coordinator has to ensure that all systems are properly and completely documented. All changes on the systems have to be reviewed and filed by him.
该系统的文件要有一个最新的一览表，该表能清晰地区分外部资产与阿科玛资产间的界线；阿科玛投资公司资产和内部客户资产间的界线
The documents have to be summarized in an up-to-date list of battery limits between external and Arkema and ACI and the internal customers
该协调员要代表业主根据阿科玛内部程序对工作许可负责
The coordinator takes the position of the owner regarding work permits acc. our internal procedures.
任何涉及该系统的修改都要经该协调员指导
Any MOC necessary for these systems have to be guided by the coordinator
该协调员负责该系统内外部维修工作的组织和协调
The coordinator is responsible for repair organization, coordination with all internal customers and external suppliers.
该协调员负责和基地管理层关于该系统的沟通：主要问题要马上汇报，次要问题按每季度汇报
The owner is responsible for communicating issues regarding utilities to the plant management team - major issues immediately and minor issues on quarterly basis in a report.
该协调员要定义该系统的维护策略，并确保所有预防性维修和预测性维修的执行
The owner defines maintenance strategy and ensures all preventive and predictive maintenance is being carried out
该协调员要按年度考虑每个单元今后在该系统的需要，并确保其供应的有效性；向基地管理层提供该系统的年度总结
The owner reviews future needs of each utility on annual basis and ensures availability from the providers. Owner summarizes the situation for platform management team on annual basis
负责确保各单元的公用工程使用量的合理分摊
Be responsible for ensuring proper allocation of utilities to different units

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1.Knowledge知识:
? 化工机械设备或工程专业、土建结构类专科或相当 College degree or equivalent in chemical mechanical or Engineering, civil & structure
2. Skills技能:
? 流利的英文读写能力English fluent and easy to understand technical documents
? 有相关工程经验To be a helpful to have engineering experience.
3.Experience经验:
? 至少3年化工厂维修或相关工程工作经验At least 3 years’ working experience in chemical plant maintenance or related engineering
? 最好有相关工程预决算经验 .Better to have related construction work quantity pre-calculation & final-calculation experience.
4. Abilities能力:
? 善于沟通、解决问题，关注结果Good at communication, Problem solving and committed result.
? 较好的安全意识和团队合作精神Good safety consciousness and teamwork.
? 善于合理利用现有资源 Rationally utilize the in existence resource.
