岗位职责:

1. Be a reliable business partner of company’s business departments, including but not limited to company brands and sales/commercial contract review/verification/risk control, and develop strong working relationships with clients and legal team internally and externally;
2. Provide strategic and commercially focused legal advice and to be a value added contributor and trusted advisor to enhancement of brand equity and business strategy while promoting a legal compliance culture.
3. Provide timely, accurate and commercial legal options/solutions to support the businesses priorities.
4. Develop in-house legal tools and policies, conduct trainings to business units and enhance legal and compliance awareness of clients. As well as daily chop managemnet.
5. Conduct legal research of the relevant laws and regulations, generate practical guidance and business insights and integrate legal compliance into business operations;
6. Undertake other assignments as requested by the company.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above , majored in Law
2. Solid knowledge of local legislation, labor practices, and experience with HR information systems
3. At least 5 years working experience in Legal role within multinational companies, or in Legal office.
4. Good command of English,both written and spoken, CET 6 or above
5. Excellent in Word and good command in Office software.
6. Sense of Responbility, Good interpersonal skills, Customer Oriented.
7. Passed the National judicial examination
