KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

Arrange outbound delivery transportation to customer in time with safety.

Arrange import delivery transportation based on plant’s requirement;

Assist supervisor to optimize the transportation model for cost saving and efficiency;

Assist supervisor to control and manage LSP.

Assist supervisor to optimize the operation process.

Daily Work

1. Daily domestic delivery processing: booking truck/arrange picking, check and confirm arrival time...

2, Daily oversea delivery transportation processing: booking vessel/ arrange picking, customs/CIQ affair handling…

3. Daily Import delivery processing: customs/CIQ affair handling, truck arrangement…

4. Documents preparation, such as customs declared docs and shipping documents to customer;

5. Communicate with CSR, MRP and LSP for un-usual delivery processing and handling;

6. Well collect and sharing information with CSR, MRP, LSP for the shipping schedule/, delivery tracking, cost information for the container loading optimization.

7, Daily tracking record maintain;

Weekly Work

1. Maintain KPI sheet after evaluation of forwarder.

2. Maintain and review tracking record.

Monthly Work

1. Maintain and collect the bill for the Finance department needs.

2. Collect and file returned signed DN; verification sheet, etc.

5, KPI evaluation

Yearly Work

1. Personal performance review;

QUALIFICATION :

1. Education

• At least bachlor’s degree. Better major in Logistics or Internation trading.
• if possible additional economical education.

2. Professional background.

• minimum of 5 Years experience in logistics. Experience in multinational chemical companies will be prefered.

3. other

• Fluent in English( good at speaking and writing).
• MS Office
• if possible SAP (or other ERP) - knowledge

4. Other Competency

• Good communication and problem solving skill;
• Curious in learning. self-developed and self-disciplinary.
• Responsible and initive
