Job Purpose
1. Manage the warehouse in ZJG under the responsibility of the company ZJG safely and efficiently by monitoring the receiving and dispatching activity, manage the accuracy of inventory to meet the internal client and external customer’s requirements



RESPONSIBILITY
1. Supervise and develop the RMWH and FGWH
2. To build and develop the warehouse team by coaching/delegating/managing to meet the requirement from the company development in ZJG.
3. To ensure goods receiving, storing and delivery by following up ISO procedure to be in the line with safety, FIFO and customs requirements in ZJG
4. To ensure the recording and book keeping updated on time by following up the activity to meet the requirement internal& external in ZJG.
5. To ensure the customer’s order fulfilled by cooperating with Planning/CSD and production to meet the customer’s requirement in an efficient way in ZJG.
6. Responsible for the MC/MCI production at the ZJG site.
7. Continue improvement to keep high efficiency of warehouse daily operation.



HSE Requirements:
1. Follow HSE regulations of company and wear PPE appropriately when working.
2. Receive HSE training and grasp work related knowledge & techniques, reinforce the ability of accident prevention & emergency response.
3. Report to HSE or other responsible immediately when any hidden risk or unsafe condition is observed.
4. Involve in the investigation of incidents.


Main tasks
1. Build the organization of Warehouse ZJG
2. Responsible for Raw Material and finished goods storing according FIFO principle/ customs requirement/ safety with cost effective in ZJG
3. Provide a strong and efficient support to production’s operation as an internal supplier.
4. Responsible for keeping the correct RM and products and stock levels in ZJG factory
5. Responsible for keeping high delivery accuracy and efficiency in ZJG
6. Responsible for MC/MCI tinting in ZJG
7. Monthly Performance Appraisal to evaluate the bonus for the operators. Attendance and training for warehouse keeper, warehouse and MC/MCI operators.
8. Responsible for coordinating related department such as CSD/transportation and handling emergency events



REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. More than 5 years relate working experience, prefer chemical company
3. Extensive knowledge on MPR/MPR II
4. Good interpersonal skill and strong communication skill;
5. Fluent in English/Chinese
