本职位工作地点：张家港凤凰镇，靠近常熟大义

1. Safety安全

· Abide the company’s rules and regulations strictly; don’t work unsafely. Skilled grasp SOP in his position; 严格遵守各项安全生产规章制度，不违章作业。熟练掌握本岗位操作规程；

· Strictly implement the handover regulations, in case of accident happened, need report to shift leader quickly, and assist shift leader to handle it. Frankly report the fact to the investigation team of company; 严格执行交接班制度，发生事故后立即报告倒班班长，协助处理，保护现场，向事故调查人员如实介绍情况。

· Wear PPE properly, use and maintain fire fighting facilities and PPE in good situation; 按规定穿戴好劳动保护用品，正确使用和妥善保管各种防护用品和消防器材；

· Abide company’s labour discipline and process discipline. Good and right record process data. Sleep during working is forbidden, if find other people work unsafely, he should point it out and stop such unsafe case; 严格遵守劳动纪律和工艺纪律，认真做好各种纪录，不得串岗、脱岗、严禁在岗位上睡觉、打闹和做其它违反纪律的事情，对他人违章操作加以劝阻和制止。

· Participate safety activities in shift team and plant, the rationalization suggest concerning for safety production is welcome; 积极参加安全活动，提出有关安全生产的合理化建议。

2. Production 生产

· Efficiently and effectively control and utilize all production equipments; Abide SOP strictly; Adjust process data if needed, to be sure operation safely and final goods quality OK. 负责生产操作，有效地控制和利用所有生产设备，严格遵守操作规程和工艺指标要求；按照工艺参数及时调整操作，确保操作安全平稳，产品质量合格

· Support to site maintenance activities; 协助现场当班维修活动

· Ensure that a safe, clean operating environment in plant; 确保生产现场的安全和整洁

· Don’t waste raw materials and final goods; 不浪费原材料和成品

3. 日常工作 Daily jobs

· Fulfil the daily production work assigned by shift leaders; 完成班长安排的日常生产任务

· Involve all operators in communicating problems and ideas throughout the shift teams. Participate the emergency response drill; 与班组员工交流问题和好的建议；参于应急演练

· Site tour to check all equipment in the safe and proper use; 对设备进行现场巡回检查

· Continue to learn SOP, improve process knowledge and equipment technology; 不断学习SOP，提高生产工艺操作技术和设备知识

Implement other missions or tasks assigned by Department or Company. 完成部门或公司安排的其他事项
