Job Purpose
? Working as a member of a small team; to provide technical, manufacturing and engineering support to the 4s Joint Ventures.
? To assist in the introduction and expansion of products in JV manufacturing sites.
Key Accountabilities:
? Liaise with the resources of engineering, manufacturing and commercial functions to provide satisfactory solutions to the day-to-day problems and the progression of designated projects.
? Assist with the transfer of drawing revisions and technical information between and its partners.
? Assist in the logistical aspects of supply of components, kits and equipment between our client and its partners.
? Develop and be able to transfer specific product and manufacturing process knowledge within a short timescale.
? Transfer and implement working procedures and practices to 3rd parties
Secondary Activities / Tasks
? To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as required / instructed in order to maintain and / or improve the efficiency, quality and service provided by the company.
? Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of information relating to the company’s business and staff.
? Health & Safety – adherence to all Company Health & Safety Policies, Procedures and Safe Working Practices.
Experience Knowledge & Skills
? Strong Engineering background, at least 3 years experience in heavy and complex mechanical systems industry.
? Knowledge of manufacturing and production engineering processes.
? Familiarity with Bills of Material.
? Drawing / CAD experience.
? Specific knowledge of I-DEAS or NX is appreciated
Qualifications
? BSc or MSc. degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering

? Competent in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)
