职位描述
岗位职能：
1、Implementation and maintaining of QM-systems;
岗位责任：
1、Be responsible for quality system set up and maintaining:draft and revise quality handbook,quality procedure.
2、Maintaining and archiving the quality system documents and all related documents.
3、Archiving official department ducuments and maintain the system.
4、Assist quality management representative on internal/External ISO audit and coordinate with customer audit.
5、In charge of process and product audit according to the planning.
6、Follow up all the corrective action and effectiveness which found in internal/external audit.
7、Assist top management to perform the quality system management review.
8、Maintaining quality related performance of company,such as KPI and customer satisfaction,etc.
9、Be responsible for the new set up of ISO/Ts16949 in the organization.
10、Be responsible for controlling of all documents related to quality department.
11、Be responsible for the internal training of all company employee related to ISO knowledge.
岗位要求：
1、College/Bachelor degree;Major in mechanial/engineering or equivalent field;
2、Experience in automotive manufavturing field and plastic molding plant.
3、Knowledge and competence in QM-systems TS16949 and ISO9001.
4、Certified as internal auditor of ISO/TS16949(and Process/Product audits is plus)
5、Perfect English(German is plus)
6、Good communication skill and team work spirit.
7、Willing to handle tasks assigned.
工作经验：
1、More than 3 years work experiences about quality system ISO9001/TS16949.
2、Experiences in multi-national company;
3、3rd party training on ISO9001/TS16949,related quality system management training.
4、Ability to compile the quality system documents for the whole organization.
5、Be familiar with MS-office software.
