Major tasks:
* for the economical production of foils in time and in the demanded quantity and quality
* for planning and organizing the shifts
* to act according to laws and regulations
* for industrial safety and environmental protection within legal and operational basic conditions
* for discipline and training on the shop floor
* to support the control and optimization of the production processes according to budget plans and goals
* for working on projects for productivity increase, cost reduction, quality improvement and industrial safety
* to analyze and evaluate customer complaints
* to work on actions in order to achieve the product quality demanded by the customer
* to support the work on investment projects
* to work on industrialization of products
* for the conversion of improvement suggestions
* for regular reports on productivity and quality of the factory
* to work on special projects and tasks according to the instruction of the production Manager
* to represent the operations manager in his absence

Qualifications Needed:
* Technical University Degree (Bachelor) and at least 5 years in position with chemical background
* Experience in the automotive industry
* More than 3 years experience in leading production department
* Very good leadership skills
* Fluent in English or German is a plus
