National Sales Director
We are a famous European company making valve, pumps and related process control products for many industries in Oil& Gas, Chemcial Plant, Metallurgy industries etc. This role reports to China CEO and lead a team of 7 managers and 10 engineers.
Responsibilities
1.Lead a Sales Team on key sales opportunities.
2.Specify critical resource needs required to meet business objectives.
3.Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution.
4.Integrate information, resources, and activities within the region and/or among global region.
5.Support customer satisfaction evaluation, plans, and follows through.
6.Develop influential relationships with assigned customers at all levels and develop strategies to win profitable business from those customers.
7.Integrate and lead the technical support team, including contracts, finance, product support, and others in the implementation of customer strategies.
8.Provide specific account leadership, plans, and actions to win profitable business within the assigned countries and customers.
9.Build customer relationships for the purpose of Business development and Sales.
10.Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution.
11.Integrate information, resources, and activities within the region and/or among global regions.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
2.Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
3.At least 10 years related working experience in pumps, valves, or other related instrumentation systems including at least 5 years in a management role.
4.Proven new market penetration experience with significant sales performance.
5.Proven experiecne of leading a large-scale sales team (10+ people)
6.Selfdriven, growth & resultsoriented with a positive outlook and integrity. Must have a high sense of urgency.
7.A mature, "business like" person who is comfortable in dealing with senior executives both within the company and externally while demonstrating the patience to resolve internal conflicts.
8.A person willing and able to travel extensively.
