• Being a strong business part to support purchasing, supply chain, 3PL, IT and HR daily activities
• Involve supported functions’ daily operation
• Act as professional business partner to give comments/remarks from finance aspect
• Ensure process integrity within all supporting functions while working with cross-functional peers to resolve process issues
• Maintain phenomenal relationships with business partners and accounting peers to address information reporting needs
• Closely track all expenses, and help the management to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
• Drive the creation and implementation of controls, procedures and system for the new role set up; 
• Timely review and approval business requirements in workflow; 
• Based on information from ERP system prepare report by different functions; 
• Manage weekly KPI monitoring, and other operational reports;
• Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions; 
• Utilize tools available to monitor department expenses striving continuously to improve value; 
• Prepare budget and forecasts of different functions expenses, savings and other operational KPIs;
• Work across Cooper Tire organization to achieve country or corporate objectives; 
• Collaborates with functions directors to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies and understand operations.
