Job Description:
A.Translation

-In charge of managing all translations

-Support as an interpreter in negotiations, meetings and discussions (if necessary)

B.Support Plant Manager in daily work

-Agenda preparation

-To prepare all the documents by collecting data and information as required

-Schedule confirmation/coordination

-Documents(Meeting Memo, etc) preparation

-Project approval process follow-up

C.Other tasks required by Plant Manager

-Ad-hoc assignments given by Plant Manager

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree

- Fluent in English, excellent English and Chinese knowledge
- Working experience in manufacture is preferred
- Ability to work in teams, good communication skills
- Ability to work with different departments/people
- Flexibility and stress-resistant
