1.Safety安全
Lead the mechanicians strictly follow the company HSE policy and procedures, enhance the safety awareness of them. 带领维修工严格遵守公司的各项规章制度、不断提高维修人员的安全意识。
Make sure to implement the company safety procedures carefully, lead the mechanicians to attend the safety activities. Responsible for the area emergency response. 认真执行公司的安全程序和各项安全措施，组织维修人员参加安全活动，发生紧急状况时，应及时了解异常情况，组织人员向密闭室撤离。
Enhance the mechnicians’ safety awareness in the project workshop, make sure for the safety. 带领维修人员学习项目现场的安全管理要求并严格执行, 确保维修人员现场工作的安全。
Strictly follow the contractor management procedure, make sure their activities can align with the company safety. 严格遵守承包商管理程序，及时检查承包商的工作。
2.日常管理 Management
Responsible for management of shift teams, improve the efficiency. 负责维修班组的管理 ，合理分配维修力量提高工作效率。
Analysis the spare parts status, support the subordinates’ daily tasks. 每月总结设备备件的管理情况，帮助各领班解决疑难问题。
On-going training of personnel in the safe and proper use of all equipment.对下属持续地进行安全和所有设备的有效维修培训。
Convey all operating and mechanical changes to the operators. 将所有新的维修程序及变更及时告知维修工。
Direct subordinates to achieve their goals and job requirements. 指导下属完成他们的目标和工作要求。
Other tasks assigned by the superior. 完成主管及经理安排的其他任务。

1.Knowledge知识:
College degree or equivalent in chemical processes. 专业大专或相当。
2. Skills技能:
Lead and manage the operators’ daily tasks, coach and mentor them.能够领导维修工处理好各项维修工作。及对下属提供有效的维修帮助。
Basic written and oral English. 基本的英文读写能力。
3.Experience经验:
Minimum of five years' operating experience in the continuous production plant with at least 2 year of successful supervisory or relevant leadership experience in one production line. 至少5年相关连续维修工作经验，而且至少2年成功的在一个装置有维修管理或相关领导经验。
4. Abilities能力:
Be able to monitor and troubleshoot production. 能善于发现并解决维修故障。
Good safety consciousness and team work. 较好的安全意识和团队合作精神。
