Report to: Operational Director
Requirements:
A degree in a relevant engineering discipline with an inclination towards process improvement through six sigma and lean training
8-10years' experience of working on appropriate projects in manufacturing industries. Preferable pharmaceutical / medical / food industries.
Major Responsibilities:
To deliver process improvements through the whole value stream represented by the Suzhou site i.e. Direct operational areas & business processes
To lead and facilitate Lean events in all departments e.g. problem solving and improvement projects
To ensure the management's adherence to daily management meeting and layer process audits
To forecast and track cost savings resulting from process improvement activity and interface with Suzhou SDP
To promote lean practices in leading and coaching Kaizen events and through training
To take direct and full accountability for delivering key parts of the scope of improvement projects for Suzhou site
To apply and develop project management methodologies and disciplines that is suited for continuous improvement projects and suitable for the department/area where the improvement is being applied.
