SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE/职位与基本目的的范围
？ Be responsible for following up all sourcing procedures of Suzhou Sourcing Office with flawless compliance.
？ Be responsible for all communications as commercial contact with material suppliers by professional approach.
？ Be responsible for researching supply sources at the direction of the Group Sourcing Manager with a search report.
？ Be responsible for selection of sources assigned by Group Sourcing Manager with selection criteria and suppliers visit report.
？ Be responsible for NDAs and Supplier Code of Conducts, Acknowledgement of receipts signed and filled between Operation companies and Suppliers related to the responsible project.
？ Be responsible for drafting RFQ/RFP to suppliers for initial comparison.
？ Be responsible for conducting competitive analysis and work to transition business awarded to suppliers.
？ Be responsible for receipt of Suppliers’ visit and arrange visits to Suppliers at the direction of the Group Sourcing Manger.
？ Be responsible for recording suppliers information after visiting Show.
？ Be responsible for searching market information and trend for categories of industries.
？ Be responsible for conducting bid on Ariba on-line for Suzhou Sourcing Office.
？ Support to the manufacturing of the Suzhou MD&D campus if needed in the future.
？ Be responsible for fulfill the temporary tasks assigned by Sourcing Group Manager timely and accurately.
？ Submit monthly report focusing on sourcing projects implementation and value-added lists.
？ Complying with all company policies.

？ Establish a reliable supply network of raw material and component parts suppliers.
？ Material and product quality according to specification.
？ Material and product costs in line with Business Plan (BP), including CIP’s and PPV’s.
？ Achieve specific sourcing project objectives for opportunity-components/sub-assemblies.
？ Negotiate and implement agreements with suppliers that support Franchise needs.
