SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE/职位与基本目的的范围
？ Maintain and improve the process to meet the request of quality, delivery, cost and EHS, etc
？ Rapid problem solving to sustain a smooth production.
？ Receive the project from sending site to mass production.
？ Development and maintenance of CNC programs as defined in the quality systems.

ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY MEASURES/职责/主要衡量指标
o Recommend, design, select machinery, tools, jigs, and fixtures required to the products.
o Participate with other Manufacturing Engineers to Maintain the Item master, product routings and
bills of material in the MRP system.
o Participate in training or workshop employees.
o Take responsibility to improve quality, cost, lead times, on time delivery, or any other actions
defined by the management.
o Use PE principles to improve processes and reduce non-value added waste and activities.
(Including process FMEA, Gauge R&R, Predictive Indicator and use of statistical techniques).
o Participate to identify capital spend and budget requirements.
o Participate or lead the choices for the facility and equipments layout.
o Support R&D on new products development and quality system implementation..
o Understand the Quality philosophy based on FDA QSRs, ISO 9000 and SFDA requirements.
o Understand, compile and control non-conformance data and product tractability.
o Responsible for creating and maintaining quality & manufacturing documentation for equipment
and processes.
o Responsible for compiling the validation/verification protocols and completing studies by creating
finished reports.
o Understand special processes requirements are plus, such as Sterilization, Cleaning, Packaging,
FPI etc…
o Understand computer software validation requirements.
o Perform all job duties in full accordance with:
- The J&J policies on Information, Assets protection, Maintain password(s) confidential, protect
critical Business Information.
- All J&J policies and local regulations.
- The policies of the Health Care and Environmental programs.
- The code of conduct policies.
o Full responsibility and ownership (like all employees on site) for all audits (internal, Corporate,
External, for Quality, H&S, Environment, etc…).

Required Competencies and Skills/所需的能力与技能:
？ Must have the manufacturing working experience of CNC Knowledge & program Skills.
？ Technical Engineering or Industrial Engineering background.
？ At least 5 years in manufacturing area, machining area preferred.
？ Be familiar with Auto CAD/ UG and other relevant Engineering software.
？ Programming experience is required and knows UG CAM will be preferred.
？ Strong understanding for technical drawing.
？ Knowledge of lean production and six sigma.
