Education and Experience:
1. MBA desirable
2. Have 10 years experience in supply chain / operations with first-hand procurement negotiation knowledge.
3. Strong analytical skills, combined with strong presentation & communication experience necessary
4. Demonstrated leadership skills, strong team orientation, and proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management required.
5. Prior work experience in a global matrix organization preferred.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
